One request for quotation, multiple vetted suppliers, a single comparison sheet. Your identity is disclosed only to the counterparty you select.
The EU Deforestation Regulation applies from 30 December 2026. From that date every coffee lot entering the EU needs plot geolocation data and a due-diligence statement filed by an EU-registered operator. Each supplier profile on SAVINA declares its readiness — not started, in preparation, geolocation ready, or DDS ready — so you can filter for it upfront rather than discovering a gap after signing.
Four steps. Your contact details do not leave the platform without your consent.
Grade, screen, moisture, volume, Incoterms, port, shipment month, certifications. A structured form means suppliers read exactly what you meant.
Every request is vetted before publication, so suppliers never spend effort on an enquiry that is not genuine.
All offers arrive as one comparison sheet in your own language: price, Incoterms, shipment, certifications and verification tier.
Contact details are exchanged only once you shortlist a supplier. Until then, your identity remains confidential.
Only the requirement is published. The buyer’s company name, email address and telephone number do not appear on this page.
Green coffee has a reputation problem with fraud. We show the verification tier on every profile, not buried in the terms page.
A working, confirmed email address. The minimum to sign in, not enough to submit quotes.
We check the tax code, business licence and warehouse address. Only suppliers at this tier can submit quotes.
At least one completed shipment confirmed by a buyer on the platform. This tier is earned through performance, not granted.
If the grade you need is not listed, post the requirement anyway — the supplier network is much wider than this list.
Not sure which grade fits? The SAVINA knowledge library explains the grading system, processing methods and growing regions in detail. Browse the library →
No. Only the requirement itself appears publicly, under an anonymous reference code. Your company name, email and phone reach only the supplier you shortlist, after you have reviewed the quote comparison.
Posting a requirement and receiving quotes is free. We are building liquidity on the platform, so real connections matter more to us than short-term revenue.
Three tiers. Tier 1 verifies the email. Tier 2 checks the tax code, business licence and warehouse address. Tier 3 is reserved for suppliers with a completed shipment confirmed by a buyer on the platform.
No. SAVINA is an introduction platform and is not a party to any sales contract. We strongly recommend independent inspection through Cafecontrol or SGS and payment by letter of credit.
The form takes about three minutes. You will receive the comparison sheet as soon as suppliers respond.
